House of Valé serves as a curated shopping destination, which means many of the products available through our store are produced, packaged, and/or shipped directly by their respective suppliers.

Final Sale — No Returns or Refunds

All purchases from House of Valé are final sale.

Due to the nature of our curated products—including personal-care, self-care, beauty, fragrance, bath and body products, books, journals, digital goods, and other personal-use items—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, preference, scent preference, incorrect selection, or other buyer-related reasons.

Please carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, ingredients, specifications, and other available product information before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Our final-sale policy does not limit any rights you may have when an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, or incorrect.

If you experience an order issue, please contact House of Valé promptly after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, coordinate with the applicable supplier or fulfillment partner to determine the available resolution.

Please do not return an item to the address shown on your package unless you have received specific return instructions from us, as products may originate from different fulfillment locations.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are final sale once purchased or delivered. Digital purchases cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law.

Although some products are shipped directly by our suppliers and fulfillment partners, your purchase is made through House of Valé by Joules Valé. If you have a question or problem with an order, please contact House of Valé directly rather than the supplier so we can assist you.

By placing an order with House of Valé, you acknowledge and agree that products within your order may be fulfilled and shipped separately by their respective suppliers and that the shipping and final-sale terms above apply to your purchase.
